Gastronomy and Wines

Graciosa's gastronomy is known for its fresh fish from the Azores, usually served in "caldeiradas" or roasted. Garlic, Graciosa cantaloupe and white island cheese are also products of choice. The range of autochthonous drinks includes the Graciosa wine, the old brandies, the scaffold and the angelica, known throughout the archipelago.
